FINANCE

Unirep provides innovative financial services tailored to her clients’ and to her suppliers needs. Unirep extends risk management services to shield her suppliers from the country risks of her clients, while granting credit to her clients for their purchases. Credit Insurance policy facilitates sales to difficult markets in her territory.

Unirep has an expertise in financing the materials she trades and distributes in her territory. Through her impeccable financial track record over the past two decades, Unirep provides financial facilities to her clients from international financial circles and Governmental Agencies of North America. Financial facilities extended to clients and to suppliers are structured trade finance, short and medium trade finance, export pre-financing, import financing, credit management, and credit insurance coverage. In most cases, financial solutions are prepared in-house at Unirep with the help of long standing relationship in international finance circles and the financial solutions are offered as an integral part of Unirep’s trading service to the suppliers and clients.

Unirep is also working with local banks in her territory hand-in-hand to set up local credit insurance schemes, develop local collection systems via banks and share a risk management database in order to enable her principals to penetrate into the markets in her territory with confidence.

TERRITORY

Unirep’s initial activities were focused on the customers in Turkey. The globalization of the industry, as well as Turkey’s increasing commercial trade with the countries in the geographical vicinity, has enticed Unirep to carry her services to some of the markets adjacent to her initial Territory.

Unirep opened her first foreign office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1998. Subsequently, an agency was established in Cairo, Egypt in 2002. Additional offices are planned for Iran and Romania in the near future.

Furthermore, a new division within Unirep was created in 2002. This unit called, the “New Markets Development” Division, has been assigned the strategic target of supporting the Departments’ activities to develop new markets for their products. The Division is also in charge of the official management of Unirep’s own offices.
